Ownership/Management: Bruno & Cathy Graf
Our farm “Ferme du Château” (Castle Farm) is located in the Broye Vaudoise in Switzerland (french-speaking part of Switzerland) and is farming on 20 hectares (49 acres). Our livestock-free farm is labeled Bio Suisse Bourgeon (Swiss organic) and grows a wide range of veganic (vegan-organic) crops since 2014.

Cereals: spelt, oats, hard wheat
Legumes: soybean, lupine, peas, beans, black eyed peas, chickpea
Seeds: our own breeding and seeds of some innovative crops
