A six acre garlic and mixed vegetable farm in Hinchinbrooke, Québec where one acre is for cultivation and the rest is naturalized farmland that will be planted with nut trees.
The main product sold is black garlic (l’ail noir) that is created by aging garlic at low temperature and high humidity until the cloves turn black. The flavor is sweet and savory and rich in antioxidants, a speciality!
